Leighanne Levensaler is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of people and technology. She is deeply passionate about working with entrepreneurs to develop inclusive solutions that empower individuals to unlock their full potential and achieve economic mobility. Currently, Leighanne serves as a board member for several organizations, including Guild, Legion, Jobcase, Helios Consulting, and League. She also provides advisory support to Betterup, Opportunity@Work, Beamery, and Landit, leveraging her expertise to guide their growth and success.

Previously, Leighanne held the position of Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Workday, where she led the development of integrated business strategies. Additionally, she served as the Managing Director and Co-head of Workday Ventures, overseeing strategic investments in emerging enterprise technologies. During her tenure at Workday, she also led product management for Workday applications, including Workday Financial Management and Workday Human Capital Management. Prior to joining Workday in 2009, Leighanne made significant contributions as a Principal Analyst and Director of Talent Management Research at Bersin & Associates. Her work in talent management research provided valuable insights and guidance to organizations seeking to enhance their workforce strategies.

Leighanne holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Clemson University. Furthermore, she is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
