As VP, Talent Development at Stanley Black & Decker, Bridgette is responsible for the design and delivery of strategies that improve organizational effectiveness and enable accelerated growth and thriving team members. She relies on her background in Organizational Psychology (Masters, PhD from DePaul in I/O Psych) to propel the company’s global transformation with enhanced capabilities, organizational development, culture stewardship, and employee engagement strategy and programming.


Bridgette’s career mission is to motivate and inspire people to be their best, from Leaders driving key results, to teams building something together, to individuals striving to get better daily. She lives to serve and support them on their journey with a laser focus on improving partnerships and accelerating progress, including as Senior Director of Team Member Experience leading the Guild program at Tyson Foods. She lives in Chicago with her husband and 3 children.
