Jeanine Carlucci is Managing Director, Head of Talent and Employee Experience and a member of the Human Resources Operating Committee. As the Head of Talent and Employee Experience, Jeanine is responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of employee facing experiences from hire to retire.
Her mission is to create cohesive, frictionless and personalized experiences for our employees across the globe, operating in a boundaryless way across Human Resources (HR), Technology and the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). In addition, her responsibilities include leading the digital transformation across our core domains including Product, Service, Operations, Data & Analytics and Talent. She also oversees Risk & Controls for the HR function.
Jeanine joined the firm as part of the Technology Analyst program and has worked in a variety of roles across Technology, Operations and Corporate HR during her 25+ year career at JPMorganChase.
Jeanine is a graduate from Wagner College where she studied Finance with a minor in Economics. She resides in New York with her husband and three children.
