Tiffany Nieman serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development at OSF HealthCare, where she leads strategic initiatives in leadership development, talent management, cultural transformation, and workforce planning. With a PhD in Organizational Leadership and a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Tiffany brings deep expertise in developing people-centered strategies that drive performance and mission alignment across a complex health system.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has designed and enhanced innovative development pathways, including the OSF Corporate University (OSFCU) and the McShane Physician Leadership Academy. Her work has strengthened leadership readiness, reduced contract labor dependency, and improved career mobility system-wide. She excels at translating data into action and partnering with senior leaders to build sustainable solutions that support Mission Partners and the communities they serve.

Tiffany’s passion for development stems from her own journey as a single mother determined to finish her education. That experience fuels her commitment to unlocking the potential in others. She previously led nonprofit workforce development efforts and now channels that experience into healthcare transformation.

Tiffany lives in Northwest Illinois with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball and hiking with her family and dogs, Oscar and Millie.
