Kristie Griffin is Vice President of Talent at Guild, where she leads the company’s full talent ecosystem—including attraction, development, retention, and DEIB—to accelerate workforce transformation at scale. At Guild, she drives innovative strategies that support the organization on its mission to unlock opportunity for America’s workforce.
A seasoned executive, Kristie has led talent functions across technology, healthcare, and retail. Before Guild, she served as Group Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Ross Stores, advising the C-suite through an unprecedented hiring climate during the COVID-19 pandemic. At Stanford Health Care, she was Head of Talent Management & Strategy, where she launched the enterprise-wide workforce plan to open the New Stanford Hospital, co-designed the organization’s people strategy, and founded its first Black Employee Resource Group. She also held senior leadership roles at Dignity Health (CommonSpirit Health), Microsoft, and Google.
