Zoe Weintraub Barrett is the VP of Strategic Partnerships at Guild. Most recently, she led Guild's partnership with Olympics as the official education, skilling, and career mobility provider for Team USA and LA28 to help support thousands of athletes as they transition from sport to new careers.
Zoe has been a foundational member of the Guild team, joining in 2016 as one of the first 20 employees in the company’s infancy. She led the design of education and career mobility programs for some of the nation's leading companies, including Walmart, Target, Lowe’s, Waste Management, Hilton, and Macy’s to name a few. In addition, she developed the “tuition-free” degree and more inclusive policy measures for education benefits to transform the industry.
Zoe has spent her career leading teams at other venture-backed startups in Silicon Valley where she focused her energies on Business Development and Strategy, including WePay, now a Chase company. Her roots are in Southern California where she graduated with a full academic scholarship from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in Digital Studies and Entrepreneurship.
