Elizabeth King is an experienced Human Resources executive with nearly three decades of leadership across the financial services and technology industries at seven Fortune 500 companies. In roles at companies like Edward Jones, Charles Schwab, and Cisco Systems Inc., Elizabeth partners with executive leaders to design people-centered strategies that accelerate transformation, elevate performance, and drive innovation. Since 2021, she has served as the Head of Learning and Organizational Development at Edward Jones, a full-service North American financial advisory firm. Elizabeth and her team design scalable, robust learning solutions, partnering with business leaders to build required skills to activate strategic choices and foster continuous learning. She also has accelerated transformation by shaping the firm's fit-for-future operating model, creating a system that comprehensively meets clients’ complex needs. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Economics and International Politics from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
