She specialized in aligning organizational strategy with employee development, helping companies build pathways that unlock opportunity for over 200 thousand workers.
Before joining Guild, Charlotte spent five years at IBM, where she worked within the Corporate Social Responsibility function to advance P-TECH (Pathways in Technology Early College High School), a groundbreaking public-private partnership model that blends high school, college, and career readiness. Her work contributed to scaling P-TECH globally, expanding access to education and workforce opportunities for underrepresented STEM students.
Charlotte began her career as a Teach For America corps member, grounding her professional journey in a commitment to educational equity and access. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Sociology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Master’s in Education from George Mason University.
