Mandy McLean is the Research and AI Transformation Director at Guild. Since joining Guild in 2018, she has spent over four years leading the research analytics team, gaining a deep understanding of the diverse needs of Guild's members and learners. During this time, she led initiatives that enhanced research capabilities and product development processes. In her current role focused on AI Transformation, Mandy leverages this understanding to boost productivity, shorten time to outcomes, and drive innovation with AI tools.

With a degree in engineering and experience teaching high school science and engineering, Mandy combines technical expertise with a passion for education. She holds a PhD in education and statistics, which informs her data-driven approach to problem-solving and strategy. Originally from Canada, Mandy now lives in Colorado with her husband, two kids, and two cats. An avid runner and outdoor enthusiast, she loves exploring the mountains and enjoying the natural beauty of her new home.
