Kristen Lee is an accomplished HR leader with over 19 years of experience at Target. She began her career in retail management, where she developed a deep passion for supporting frontline employees. Over the years, Kristen has held a variety of HR roles, encompassing learning and development, as well as talent management. Her expertise lies in leading high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration to address complex challenges.
As the current Senior Director of Talent Management, Kristen spearheads Target’s enterprise talent management, talent mobility, and upskilling/reskilling strategies. She is also pursuing a master’s degree in Leadership, Human Resources, and Workforce Development through Target’s Dream to Be program, in partnership with Guild.
Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Kristen enjoys quality time with her husband and two young daughters. She has a love for traveling, cooking and reading.
