Megan Schulenburg leads PNC’s learning and talent development team, which helps employees grow their careers and drive the company’s business results through skilling, upskilling and reskilling.
The team offers PNC’s 56K+ employees thousands of development opportunities, many of which have won industry awards. It also facilitates experiential and social learning, and manages talent roundtables to help enable internal mobility, succession planning and employee development.
Before assuming her current role, Megan led the PNC learning teams that support Corporate & Institutional Banking, Asset Management Group, and the Regional Presidents Organization.
Megan joined PNC in 2018 after serving 18 years at JPMorgan Chase, where she held numerous leadership roles, including leading the commercial bank learning team.
Megan received a bachelor’s degree in finance and international business from Marquette University and a master’s in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business. She also has a data analytics certificate through eCornell.
