As the Director of Global Benefits for Chipotle, Daniel is responsible for the strategic design and execution of an industry-leading benefits program built for a highly diverse population. Leveraging nearly 20 years of benefits experience, Daniel has led the charge in iterating and improving the offering for more than 110,000 Chipotle employees worldwide.

Daniel’s background in Total Rewards consulting has left him uniquely positioned to help solve the challenges facing his workforce. His focus on building a compelling Employee Value Proposition, which includes the partnership with Guild and the Cultivate Education program, has led to successful outcomes in driving retention, engagement, and a positive return.
