Jacki Fugitt is the Vice President of HR Shared Services & Strategic Partnerships for OSF HealthCare, headquartered in Peoria, IL. She is accountable for all HR operations of the system comprised of 27,000 Mission Partners, as well as executing workforce strategy in all OSF markets throughout Illinois and Michigan - 174 locations overall - plus homecare and virtual care services.

She has been with OSF for over 20 years and is passionate about living the mission of the founding Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis, “to serve persons with the greatest care and love in a community that celebrates the Gift of Life”, while building and supporting a future-oriented workforce who will continue transforming health care to improve the lives of those served.
