Dr. KimLoan Tran is an award-winning senior executive and organizational development psychologist who specializes in advancing organizations through the journey of complex change. She is known for translating strategy into business results through people, process, and technology in the areas of digital transformation, talent management, leadership and employee upskilling, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Her expertise is in designing and executing large-scale business transformation initiatives—across industries and top consulting firms. She currently serves as Vice President and Head of Talent Management for Allstate Corporation, a Fortune 100 company.

Dr. Tran has a deep passion for continued education where she serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago and a facilitator for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) certification programs.
