Brad has been with Humana for 13 years; 10 of those years in Culture & Engagement and Talent Development. His philosophy is that the customer experience will never be greater than the employee experience, meaning that we must pour into our team members first in order to drive business results. He has proudly led Humana’s education benefits in partnership with Guild since 2022. Personally, he is married to his wife Krystal who is a nurse and two daughters, ages 17 and 12, who are both in competitive cheerleading.
