Dr. Ramona Arora is the Vice President- Enterprise Career Development at The Walt Disney Company, where she oversees the strategic roadmap, design, development, and deployment of leading-edge education, mentoring, and skilling programs for over 230,000 employees and cast members worldwide. Additionally, she manages the talent technology infrastructure and product management team for the company.
With roots as a high school teacher and varsity basketball coach, Ramona brings over twenty-five years of international experience focused on helping individuals maximize their potential and supporting organizations in developing their people in meaningful ways.
