Maura is a Principal on our Employer Partner Services team, where she and her team are responsible for the success of Guild’s healthcare employer partnerships. She previously led Guild’s career mobility team, focused on Guild’s solutions for upskilling and reskilling the workforce for the future.

Prior to Guild, Maura served as a leader in Deloitte’s Customer Strategy and Applied Design practice, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences. She has also worked as a strategy consultant at the Monitor Group, an analyst for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Philanthropic Partnerships team, and a high school math teacher and tennis coach in Vallejo, CA.

Maura holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics and Classical Studies from Georgetown University. She lives in Oakland, CA with her husband, daughter, and dog.
