Levi Loverkamp is Chief Workforce Planning Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health: the nation’s fifth-largest Catholic health care ministry and one of the top 20 largest U.S. health systems, with 60,000 associates serving communities across seven U.S. states and Ireland. In this role, he developed and leads the workforce-planning function within the Human Resources team, focused on delivering enterprise-wide strategic workforce planning; leading external and internal talent-pipeline strategy, and developing career-mobility programs.

Over his nearly 15-year tenure at BSMH, Levi has held a variety of HR leadership roles, primarily serving as the HR leader within BSMH markets. Prior to joining Bon Secours Mercy Health, he held an HR leadership position at another multi-state health system and began his career in public service, working for the State of Illinois after earning his bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University.

Levi currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Mercy College of Ohio and has previously contributed as a member of the Board of Managers for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Workforce Center, member of the advisory board for the nursing and allied health division of West Kentucky Community & Technical College, and member of the Kentucky Employment First Council.
