Monday: All attendees travel in, settle into the hotel, join our welcome reception and special experience, followed by small group dine arounds.

Tuesday: Sessions all day followed by a team-wide celebratory event.

Wednesday: Wednesday: Sessions all morning. Please plan to check out of the hotel before sessions begin. Luggage can be stored in at the front desk. Schedule your departure for after 1:00 PM to ensure you’re present for all sessions.

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: Time: 12:00 PM

If your room is not ready when you arrive, you can store your luggage with the bell desk. Early check-in is not guaranteed.

Your room and taxes at The Line on February 23-25, 2026 is billed directly to Guild.  You will need to provide ID and a credit card upon check-in for your incidentals.

Parking: Nightly rate is $54 plus tax.

Please book your flights NO LATER than February 1, 2026.

• Book your flights via Navan travel portal HERE.
• Arrive in Austin no later than 4:00 pm on February 23 to check in, settle into the hotel, and join the evening activities.
• Schedule your departure for after 1:00 pm on Wednesday to ensure you’re present for all sessions.
