                                                    Joe Fuller is a Professor at Harvard Business School. He co-leads Harvard's two large research projects on the future of work. He has published extensively on topic including degree inflation, skills-based hiring, the economic and employment impacts of caregiving obligations, the rise of the gig economy, career navigation and education to employment transitions. He is a co-creator of the American Opportunity Index and the co-host of the popular Managing the Future of Work podcast. Joe is a Senior Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Western Governors University. Prior to joining the Harvard faculty, Joe was a co-founder, first employee and long-time CEO of Monitor Company-- the global consultancy-- now Monitor-Deloitte.
