As COO, Jonathan leads teams which provide human-touch support for Guild's learners and implement Guild's platform with marketplace partners. He previously served as Chief Customer Officer, leading Guild's employer partnerships. Prior to Guild, Jonathan has over 25 years of experience with strategy and analytics in the retail, restaurant, consumer goods, telecom and financial services industries. He has held executive roles in Mastercard’s Data & Services business and at Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), where he led the verticalization of APT’s client sales, marketing, and service. Jonathan serves as an Industry Fellow for the Retail Management Institute at Santa Clara University and as an early stage investor, advisor, and leadership coach.
