Shana Freehill serves as the manager of Education and Professional Development for OSF HealthCare. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of the Education team, ensuring alignment of education and professional development offerings OSF Strategy.

As a nurse, Shana has a MSN in nursing education and a DNP in Healthcare Systems Leadership. Shana also holds a NPD advanced certification and was a 2023 40 Under 40 Emerging Nurse Leader award recipient. Most recently Shana completed the Servant Leader Certificate Program from eCornell through Guild. Shana is a lifelong learner and passionate about helping others reach their greatest potential.
