Hanna Patterson is the Senior Vice President of Healthcare and Applied Learning at Guild. In her role, Hanna has grown the health care offering to include more than 25 leading health care organizations and more than 250 new educational programs focused specifically on the needs of health care talent. Under her leadership, the Guild health care team is on a mission to change the game in development of clinical and non-clinical talent by tapping into new potential talent pools through different approaches to education that blend online, virtual and in-person learning and experiences.

Prior to joining Guild, Hanna worked at Deloitte Consulting where she spearheaded the firm’s market position on the future of health and worked at the intersection of health care and social impact. She has been a featured speaker at Women Deliver and published author in Modern Healthcare. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
