P6 is The LINE’s rooftop bar. Please proceed to the lobby level of the hotel and look for the P6 dedicated elevator. We will have staff stationed to direct you.

Tuesday, 10/17 | 6:00 - 10:00 pm Evening Event @ The Belmont, Austin

Full dinner stations & drinks with fun activities and live band!

Shuttle Pickup will begin at 5:45 pm, outside the lobby doors of the hotel. We’ll be running shuttles on a continuous loop to and from the venue through the conclusion of the event.

Walking directions: It is a .6 Mile walk to the venue. We’ll have staff stationed along the way to guide you.

Yes. Meeting space will be located in the Garnet Screening Room & Travertine Studio, Floor 2 on Monday and Tuesday of the program.

Accessibility and Accommodations

ADA accessibility and main session closed captioning will be provided.

Gender neutral restrooms are located on Floor 2 past the Travertine Studio. There will be ample signage to guide you.

A lactation room with refrigerated storage and shipping will also be provided. Details will be in the room for your review.

Guild is following guidance from local health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding large gatherings. All residents and visitors to the City of Austin should take personal responsibility to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, by assessing the individual risk of attending large and/or crowded gatherings, considering face coverings in public, and staying up to date on vaccinations.

Rapid tests, masks, and hand sanitizer will also be available at registration on Floor 2.
