Tuesday, 10/8 | 5:00 - 7:30 pm Welcome Reception @ Proof (rooftop level of the W Nashville)

Proof is the W's rooftop bar. We will have staff stationed to direct you.

Wednesday, 10/9 | 6:30 - 9:30 pm Evening Event @ Casa Rosa, Nashville

Full dinner stations & drinks with fun activities and a live band!

Shuttle Pickup will begin at 6:15 pm, outside the lobby doors of the hotel. We’ll be running shuttles on a continuous loop to and from the venue through the conclusion of the event.

Walking Directions: It is a .9 Mile walk to Casa Rosa. We’ll have staff stationed along the way to guide you.

The registration desk will be located on Floor 2 in the main foyer area.

Yes. Meeting space will be available.

Guild is pleased to offer Milk Stork’s Pump & Tote service for any lactation needs during the 2024 Opportunity Summit. To use this service please:

1. Collect the Lactation Room key from the Registration Desk; the room will be private for your use during this time.

2. Cooler boxes will be available in the room if required for any transportation needs. Coolers are: - Compliant with domestic TSA carry-on regulations - Easy to activate with a push-button - Provide 60 hours of refrigeration for your travels, once activated

3. When you are finished, please return the key to the Registration Desk.

 

If you require refrigeration longer than 60 hours, you may drop your box off with the Registration desk team. Please be sure to:

1. Label your box with your first and last name

2. Pick collect your box from the Registration Desk before noon on Thurs, October 10

Accessibility and Accommodations

ADA accessibility and main session closed captioning will be provided.

Gender neutral restrooms are located on Floor 2. There will be signage to guide you.

A lactation room with refrigerated storage and shipping will also be provided. Details will be in the room for your review.

Guild is following guidance from local health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding large gatherings. All residents and visitors to the City of Nashville should take personal responsibility to prevent the further spread of COVID-19, by assessing the individual risk of attending large and/or crowded gatherings, considering face coverings in public, and staying up to date on vaccinations.
